Is this a recurring subscription?
No. The TrustWiz registry fee is a strict, one-time payment. Once your Trust-ID is minted, it remains permanently on the global ledger. You will never be billed again for this specific gap verification.
What happens if my documentation is rejected by your analysts?
If our Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) team cannot verify your timeline based on your initial upload, we do not simply take your money. Your node status changes to 'REJECTED', and you are given the opportunity to upload clearer or alternative documentation to the portal at zero additional cost until we can establish verification.
Which payment gateway do you use?
All financial settlements are processed through Razorpay. TrustWiz does not store, intercept, or process your credit card, UPI, or net banking details. Razorpay utilizes PCI-DSS compliant 256-bit AES encryption to ensure total financial security.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Complex later?
Yes. If you initialize a Standard Protocol but our analysts determine your gap timeline spans longer than 24 months, or requires complex multi-document legal reconciliation, you will be notified in your dashboard to process a simple tier-upgrade adjustment.
